Prenatal Yoga Class at the Yoga Center of ColumbiaThis
is an ideal practice for embracing this wonderful time in a woman's
life. Yoga postures and breathing exercises will be practiced to enhance
a woman's knowledge, health, confidence and comfort during her
pregnancy and in preparation for birth.
Tuesdays 4:30-6:00pm (no babysitting available) New Class
